What does the training entail?
The 2025-2026 season has now started!
The 2026-2027 academic year will start in the fall of 2026.
Our comprehensive training offers you the perfect combination of theory and practice to specialize in fascia!
You will be trained by veterinarian Karin Leibbrandt and other expert instructors who have all specialized in their field.
You'll learn all about the equine myofascial system, including equine anatomy and biomechanics. You'll also learn how to use fascial massage with horses.
After completing the course you will be able to:
- To understand and recognize the anatomy and biomechanics of horses.
- To communicate with owners and other professionals.
- To perform fascial massages safely and professionally.
- To provide advice on welfare, training, harnessing, and management.
The full training takes two years.
In year 1 we lay a solid foundation, in year 2 we delve deeper.

This training is recognized by the VPSN (Association of Equine Sports Massage NL) and after successfully completing year 1 you can already insure yourself as a masseur.
