Training courses
Expand your knowledge as an equestrian professional or owner. Our training programs offer comprehensive knowledge of equine biomechanics, the myofascial system, healthy training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and posture and seat.
Who are our courses for?
Trainer/instructor Sports and Rehabilitation PRO
This course is suitable for professionals in the equestrian industry, such as riders, trainers, therapists, and other experts, who already have a basic understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and healthy training. It is also suitable for avid horse owners who want to specialize further in rehabilitation and healthy training.
This course is not suitable if you have no experience training horses. If you have little knowledge of the basic principles of healthy horse training, we recommend taking one-on-one lessons, a Basic Balance day, or the 4D Training Year before starting this course.
4D Fascia Methode
This course is ideal for professionals in the equestrian industry, such as riders, trainers, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other experts, who want to deepen their knowledge of equine biomechanics and myofascial release. Avid horse owners with a solid foundation in anatomy and health can also take this course, enabling them to effectively contribute to their own horse's health and performance.
4D Trainingsjaar
The 4D Training Year is perfect for horse owners/caregivers/leaseholders who want to train, balance, and maintain the health of their horses themselves. Whether you want to help your horse recover from an injury, train preventatively, or expand your knowledge of horse training, this program provides the tools and knowledge you need. Combining practical and theoretical training, you'll learn to train your horse responsibly and effectively, both physically and mentally.
